Maybe he didn't treat her that way when she was alive (to her face, anyway, he certainly had a lot of dickish things to say to Rumpel when she wasn't there), but he's certainly acting that way now that she's dead. He and Rumpel both keep arguing over who's fault it was that she left Rumpel, and neither of them bring up the fact that it was her choice.

Yes, she's only a victim insofar as Rumpel murdered her, which was sort of my point, considering that Hook keeps going around acting like he was the one who was victimized when Rumpel killed her.
