I swear I either read some of your Doctor Who fics or swiped a pile of your icons. I'm absurdly gleeful at your dislike of meta. How exactly do you define it and why do you dislike it? I used to like it and still like character analysis and stuff, but have been powerfully turned off by how preposterous a lot of the "X random line = *paragraph of pretentious symbolic bullcrap projecting*" meta is in my current fandoms.

Well, I'm not really fond of 'essays' on fandom/characters, I'd rather much discuss by throwing a thought around and get reply from people than writing an essay. I'd rather much read a fic than an overly long deep analysis of every single thing and characteristics and whatnot.

I think I just like spotaneous and back and forth kind of thing - "Hey I just got a silly idea, what if character X is a long lost brother of character Y! That would totally make sense, because *insert one or two more sentences*. What do you think?"

Same with me! I like discussions/rambling more than essays.

If you don't mind my random thoughts and current obsession with Phantom of the Opera, then I say yes. XD Beware it can get annoying really fast. :D You might end up looking like the Master in my icon. :D
