Also, Mass Effect is awesome. I am partway through 3 but am very careful with teh spoilers (I have mostly avoided hearing any of them for 3 and am very proud of that fact).

I just finished the Virmire mission on ME1 last night. HOLY SHIT MAN. I'm not going to be able to afford to purchase ME2 until the summer and I might wait even then for the Steam summer sale... D:

The ME world is pretty amazing and I just adore the cast of characters, who only get better with each additional game. I also love Dragon Age, which is also done by Bioware but in a fantasy world, rather than sci-fi.

And yes the worldbuilding in ME is incredible and it's what sucked me into the series. ;_____; I like fantasy too, though I've been on a bit of a sci-fi kick lately, but I'll have to give Dragon Age a go sometime!
when I'm not broke anymore...maybe this summerno subject
Not being broke definitely helps with gaming. It's one of the reasons I waited so long before getting into ME3, since I wanted to wait until the game dropped to a better price.

Yeah I've read P&P but not Sandition. I'll put it on my list to check out at the library this summer :3

I'd like to get it available online eventually. Sad that only 1 and 2 are available through Steam...maybe that will change? My friend got a ME3 package on Origin that included some of the DLC and it was economical. Haven't decided yet whether I want to invest in DLC because it's a lot of extra expense =/

I have bought the DLC for Dragon Age II and enjoyed it though, so I may eventually splurge. The biggest thing holding me back is actually having country internet, which has a ridiculously low bandwidth limit that causes me to have to take my Xbox to a friend's place in order to download anything that big.
