It's about a high school girl, Sumika, who's in love with her (female) childhood friend. Said childhood friend is a lesbian, but only interested in cute and girly women. And Sumika is athletic and tall and ... not her crush's type at all, basically. The anime is mostly about Sumika's point of view, and how she deals with her feelings, etc.
It's ... a pretty standard rom-com as far as plot goes, I'd say, but it has two female protagonists, and I thought it was really cute! <3
