This secret is more akin to someone saying: "There are many people in fandom that claim to be girls, but they're probably all sloppy pigs and don't dress in nice, girly clothes, so I am going to accuse them of only pretending to be girls because they are obviously gross, unlike me. Also, I have a vagina and like pink, so I know I'm a girl."

It's just really ridiculous.
