You are not the only one, OP. I am going to miss this show a lot.

It was a great tribute to the days of the classic DCAU that I grew up, with smart writing that didn't condescend to its intended audience, so adult viewers like us could get a lot out of it. I'll miss it a lot, too. Maybe we'll get super lucky and they'll release a direct-to-video movie to end the season properly.

A good show is a good show is a good show. Doesn't matter if it's aimed at kids or adults. Stop thinking in terms of "This is a kids show, I shouldn't like it." and start thinking in terms of "This is a show that I love!"

"Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up." ~ C.S. Lewis

No need to feel bad about that. I'm 23 and have been lamenting the loss of this show ever since the news first broke. Young Justice could've gone to some amazing places but alas.

I have some criticisms of it, but over all I think it was just a (very? hmm) good show, period. Nothing wrong with that, and you shouldn't feel bad about it. And I'm older than you ;)

God, me too. Sucks that both this AND Green Lantern the Animated Series were both cancelled. Good things never last long, huh!

I bummed about it. It was delightful and reminded me why I used to enjoy DC.

Are you me, anon? I'm in my last year of my undergraduate degree (with a senior thesis to boot)and this show was one of the things that would keep me going through some of the tougher weeks. Also, even if you're not the primary target audience, it's fine to still enjoy narratives that speak to you.

I feel the same way and I'm a 31-year-old high school english teacher. It was a great show. It shouldn't be ending. But it is. *sigh*

Pfft, I'm approaching 30 and I'm so disappointed. It was billed as 'the best parts of the DC comics distilled into a show' and it was. It had its flaws, sure, but I could live with them.

AND IT ACTUALLY HAD STEPHANIE BROWN AND JASON TODD. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN IN THE THIRD SEASON! *sobs*

You know on one hand I'm really sad, because it was very well made and interesting. On the other hand I'm glad because I couldn't stand watching it when they kept giving Dick Tim's characteristics and Tim wasn't friends with Kon.

I'll never get over GLTAS' cancellation, so I know the feeling.
