I feel like being that guy who excitedly shows up to a kegger they've been deriding as lame since they found out about it three hours after everyone has already started puking and passing out.

Who do you guys follow?

Friends I've already made elsewhere online and creators of things that interest me, generally speaking. I am not sure what your interests are so I can't point you in the direction of anyone specifically, sorry!

Hmmm. Good question. I just want to follow people who will amuse me in 140 character bites. Are there any fandom twitters? Funny fandom twitters would be best.

My social life is being seriously lacking right now and I just want a way to feel, even if just for a couple of seconds, like I'm having fun and interacting with people or something.

My first name is, yes. My last name not so much. Why?

I don't actually remember? It was just one of those questions I'm sure I had a reason for at the time and the question hung around but the reason didn't? It probably had something to do with my first (and middle, and last) names being pretty rare and my consequent ill ease of sharing them online.

Ah right, nah my first name is quite common enough that it is ranked as most common name in Norway some years. I shall PM you a fact, because I don't want to share it with everyone.

I don't honestly tweet (except on very special occasions; I think I've tweeted about 12 times), I just use twitter to follow lots of actors, actresses and gaming people or sites so I can keep informed and/or be amused.

I follow friends (mostly ones I've met online, actually), fans of music groups I'm a fan of (for smaller groups I like) and celebrities. I also follow a couple of silly ones, like the one that mixes Sex and the City and Star Trek. Mostly people in my various fandoms, actually.

(I'm writerserenyty on twitter as well if you want to follow me; I'm reasonably active).

Mostly feminist, fandom-related and/or science-related ones. Or just generally cool people I've found online who happened to be on Twitter. Some examples that I'd recommend:

@CAwkward, @neilhimself (Neil Gaiman), @ShayGuy, @pervocracy, @ElodieGlass, @ArabellaFlynn, @feministhulk (funny and feminist-related; kinda comics fandom-related?), @horsereviews (funny, but I don't think it's updated in a while).

I mostly follow my friends, site-related twitters, and some random fun fact twitters on my main twitter (@cykotyks if you wanna follow - though I don't recommend it; I tweet about the weirdest shit). I have another twitter that I use to follow news sources and whatnot because they update way too fast and way too often for my taste. The app I use lets me bop between the two pretty easily, otherwise I wouldn't even bother xD

I know some of my friends follow fandom twitters (mostly KuroBasu, I think) because I get the occasional retweet on my feed.
