Cramping like fuck. How the fuck am I still cramping through 1g of acetaminophen AND 16mg of codeine? Dysmenorrhea sucks.

Do you not get any relief from ibuprofen? I always found acetaminophen completely useless for period pain, but 600 (or in emergencies, 800) mg of ibuprofen usually does the trick.

Failing that, maybe OCs? They work for a lot of people.

Also, fuck dysmenorrhea.

Mine don't respond to anything but naproxen sodium, and mostly only if I catch them early.

The only thing I can think of, if you don't have a heating pad, is doing a load of laundry, like sheets or towels, and leaning up against the dryer. That sometimes helped.
