You're not alone *hugs* Take a few deep breaths and think about something soothing, or even funny. Like your favourite moment in Star Trek, Homestruck, or playing your fav video game.

Sometimes just looking and focusing on my feet helps, as I'm so focused on them, my mind can't go crazy.

*Hugs back* I never thought I would get so many answers... I didn't respond at the time, but I got every notification, and believe me, it was so incredibly important to me to have you all backing me up. It was amazing and beautiful.

Strangely, focusing on fandom works. Doesn't work always (and didn't work this time), but it's not something I'm a stranger to.
