(And yeah, you'd be surprised at how quickly some people will drop a character like a hot potato because of any hint of religious/spiritual leanings -I remember a couple people ditched Thane Krios after it became known he had a religious devotion angle in 'Mass Effect 2'-, but eh, that's their choice. *shrug*)

B!S: Also, considering the creator works at Dreamworks, I can't say I blame you. But I don't think she worked on Rise of the Guardians, tho'.

I'm confused. I just went and looked at this thing now, but -- wasn't this character praying the first time he showed up? How was anyone surprised by this?

That was my thought. I read through the whole comic just a couple of weeks ago, and Gil's intro has him praying and talking about Titan all the time. This later panel was a shock to people? Did we read the same comic, or...

(Ugh Jack Frost. I believe the creator said on formspring she doesn't work in the art department though...)
