Social Anxiety

For the most part, if someone has a lot of anxiety in social situations? Fucking good, I say. Social interaction is overrated, and I'd much rather deal with people who are anxious than people who don't realize they're social failures who creep me out.

How do you know that people don't realize they're social failures? Maybe those social failures are failing because they're so crippled with anxiety.

You...do realize that anxiety can cause you to be a social failure who doesn't realize it until it's too late? It can go like: You're anxious about socializing, so you don't socialize enough to develop social skills, therefore you become a social failure who creeps people out without meaning to. Which makes you become even more anxious once it hits you what a fuckup you are. It's the most delightful self-defeating cycle of doom.

What would be awesomer would be if it could encircling a mug (or T-shirt) and worded in such away that the last letter of the thought is the same as the first letter of the thought, so it really is an unending, self-defeating cycle of doom.

I think maybe you should have been a little more anxious about posting this, if you think that social anxiety is a good preventative against saying something stupid.
