Not yet, I don't think. They say it isn't going to happen, but no on believes they will keep him dead. Another year or two and he'll com back to kick alien butt.

Yeah, seriously. Actually killing off Cap for good would probably be committing marketing suicide for Marvel. Cap practically is Marvel (aside from the X-Men, anyway). Dunno who they think they're kidding.
