David Suchet plays an amazing Poirot ♥ I don't think he will be forgotten. He's very famous for his portrayal of Poirot and with DVDs and everything, his legacy will continue.

I don't think he'll be forgotten. After all, just through (hopefully) filming every Poirot story, he becomes the definitive Poirot, just as you can't have a conversation about Sherlock Holmes portrayals without discussing Jeremy Brett. (although now all the tears come for Brett)
