Wow.
I agree with everyone else saying that this person is not treating you well and the relationship is toxic. Even if she hadn't done these over-the-top things like wanting you to deal with the car or not mentioning that she'd moved unis, it really really sucks when people use you as a counselor/problem-solver instead of a friend who you can also share joy and fun with and offer yourself as a counselor/problem-solver to. It has to go both ways. :(
