It's probably less about the blood and more about your vagina being dilated because of all the activity down there, tbh.

You are correct; it should be "affects" in that instance. How embarrassing for me and my grammar snobbery.

"Effect" actually CAN be a verb, by the by, but it means "to bring about," as in Voting can effect real change in government or Let's hope this porn effects some arousal in OP.
