Exactly. This is why 28 is getting all this hype- because it is relatable. Don't get me wrong I think people should post whatever they want- even if it is anime. (I do like anime, But I've only seen/read a couple of series.) But I am a little dissapointed on days where I can't relate to most secrets... but that is no one's fault.

I don't know why people get so defensive about secrets like this. Really, this is one of the more polite secrets I've seen on this topic. It's a lot less "LOL ANIME FAGS YOU SUCK" and a lot more "I know there are others out there like me, please subimt your secrets so I don't feel so left out."

I'LL MAKE SOME NON-ANIME SECRETS TONIGHT JUST FOR YOU, OP#28. :)

I think the main grip would be the last one, since it seems to imply that all anime fans are elitists assholes that consider Anime to be the best thing ever, since sliced bread (I personally think that sliced bread is over-rated, but whatever).

I still don't think it's worth the outrage. It could have been phrased better, but it could have been much, much worse. The OP "seemed to imply" whereas he or she COULD have just come out and said "I think you're all elitist assholes." I'm pretty sure that's been done before. *shrug* It's all relative.

And you know, when the anime fans ANY fan gets comically defensive over something kind of tame like this, it isn't going to raise the OP's opinion of the group as a whole. Way to reinforce stereotypes, guys.

Agreed about the sliced bread though. Give me a crusty loaf of french bread any day of the week.
