Apparently we agree in all but two squares. Red are bombs, blue are empty:

Yep, I realized I missed the bomb next to the bottomost lefthanded 2 (not the leftmost bottom 2) right after I posted the picture.

The square over the rightmost 2 in the top series of 2221 is a bomb because the bomb over the second 2 and the bomb to the left 1 below the leftmost 2 make the block above the leftmost two and the block to the left of it not-mines.

...Wow that sounded awful. Okay, let's try it again. See the leftmost 2 in the row of 2221? The blocks in the upper right and bottom left corners of that 2 are bombs, so the rest of the blocks around it are not bombs. Which means the block above the rightmost 2 is a bomb.

That's better. I think.

True, true! I now see it. I admit it took me a while, but that's because I'm on a minilaptop and your reply and the image don't fit on the screen so I had to do a lot of scrolling up, scrolling down while following your description.

It didn't help that this is the first time I see 'bottomost', 'leftmost', 'rightmost' ... non-English speaker here. I'd say 'the first 2 on the third line' but then not everybody reads left-to-right ... so, 'the first 2 on the third line, going left-to-right'?

Or J4, coordinates are easier :P

A netbook? It's a kind of laptop made for traveling that has small screens, long battery life and no CD/DVD drives. My laptop is not very big either (14 inch widescreen, grr! Why can't you be more square and less narrow???) so I've had to copy and paste stuff onto different windows, tabs and even the Google search bar and the find dialogue box to avoid scrolling D:

My descriptions were indeed vague, my apologies. Coordinates are probably the best way to describe the squares and I'll do that next time! We both learned something today? You with English words and I, coordinates XD
