Online might be the way to go? A lot of people I know use dating websites to meet women who are interested in women in their area. I've never gotten up the nerve to try it myself, but it might be worth a shot.

...Dating sites? Asking them out? Feeling them out with a 'Hey, I really like spending time with you, and I'd love to see more of you?' At least, those are the ways I've found all my [now ex, mostly] girlfriends.

I know dating sites are notorious for being creepy but to be perfectly honest, that's really the only way I've been able to meet other lesbians/bi girls. I actually just got back from a date with someone I met on OKC actually (and it went pretty well!). Not saying that's the only way for you, but it could be worth a shot.

Dating sites. At least that's what I plan on doing if/when I decide I want a relationship (enjoying being single way too much right now) because I live in a small town and there's no way I could just come right out and ask someone without getting a ton of unwanted attention.

Online. Dating sites. Etc. I hear OkCupid can be hit or miss, but I think it's worth a shot if you don't have all that many options.

Any chance you're in college though? There's always the chance that your school has a pride club of sorts where you can meet friends.
