Watching the NCAA basketball tournament is making me ship the players. I haven't gone looking for fanfic because I know I shouldn't, but I want to. And shipping real people makes me feel creepy.

I thought about it but anything I submitted now wouldn't be posted until this weekend and the tournament is over after Tuesday so I didn't really see the point.

I have friends who are really into Hockey and Football fandoms. As long as you can separate that ships =/= reality and you're not being invasive and tweeting fic at the players starring themselves, I don't think it's really that bad. I know there are people who disagree, and if it creeps you out that badly it's best not to read it, but you're not the only person who reads that kind of thing. Not everyone who does is not J2 tinhat-level of crazy, either.

I definitely wouldn't try to send fic to the players or anything but I don't guess it really matters since I just tried looking and there's nothing that I could find anywhere. Ah well.

I don't think you need to feel creepy, then. And damn, guess it's a non-issue, then! I'd offer you possible links for maybe finding stuff, but all of my friends who are into sports RPS like other sports. You could always read something like Slam Dunk to tide you over, lol.
