Re: Telemarketers, how do you deal with them??

I only get the occasional robocall one that's a cruise line, i guess? Or something? Which i hang up on. We're on every DNC list I can find.

When i *did* get 'live' ones, I would let them do whatever initial speech thing they had to say, then at the first sign of a break/taking a breath, I'd interrupt and say something like 'No, I'm not interested but thank you and you have a really nice day now' and just hang up.

It's there job, they need the money, i don't need to be rude, but i know if i give them the chance to 'talk back', i'll never get 'em off the line.
