(Anonymous) 2013-04-11 03:00 am (UTC)(link)And it's not like people need "real basis" to assume someone is straight but I digress.This was pretty much my first thought - you're only saying "no real basis" because most headcanon'd orientations are of the not straight variety. The default is straight, and apparently that needs no "real basis," but you've apparently gotta have ~reasons~ behind thinking somebody isn't! Blah. Non-heteronormative people don't actually need reasons, basis, or evidence for being so, so why do headcanons? Sometimes people just are.
