I'm not sure whether that comment is making fun of people with severe and chronic mental illness so much as offering an amateur diagnosis based on the contents of the secret.

I don't think Xanax would be the drug you'd get for this.

(One of my coworkers confided in me that she's bipolar, and told me that she felt comfortable telling me because I'm always cracking jokes about my own paralyzing anxiety and depression, and adventures in different medications.)
