Homestuck. One of the main characters put his arm through a intangible-spatial-time-portal-thingamabob and his arm started appearing all over the past. I think someone said that Hussie even added the arms to the old panels too.

Yes, he absolutely did! The .gif files even have "retcon" in the title!

Also also also, one of the first flashes, the one with the little jingly chimes and title sequence, it totally also got retconnnnneeeedd :D
