If I remember correctly on tumblr his fans changed their icons to the same picture of his face and basically flooded other fandom tags with the same picture of his face.

It was so HUGE that it spilled into fandoms completely unrelated to anything Mischa/Supernatural.

It was extremely annoying to everyone except his fans.
