ExCUSE me aliens are people too. But yeah, while the Daleks were technically "people once", they aren't like Cybermen, they were bred from mutant Kaleds and genetically engineered into Daleks and propagated over generations. It's not like each individual Dalek was an individual person once before being turned into a Dalek.

Especially now that technically, all the Daleks in existence are supposed to be the new super-pure-cloned Mighty Morphin' Dalek Rangers since the Rusty-brand war survivors all committed suicide. But that's not the case anymore for...some reason. Did they ever explain that? It's been a while since I saw Asylum...

As far I understand it, the specialised Daleks weren't the only type to come out of the egg thingy? They're still present in "Asylum", but the regular look is still dominant. But no, it's not specifically explained.
