lol! She's a classic narcissist. Meaning, I think she has narcissistic personality disorder. She doesn't give a flying fuck about anyone but herself or those people she considers extensions of herself. She takes on Qyburn as one of her closest associates when she knows he tortures and kills people for a hobby. She sends Falyse to him for no reason! Because she can't be bothered with her, so why not?

She's all arrogance and no talent or skill and is driven by paranoia due to a prophecy she heard when she was a child (on the day she murdered one of her best friends because her friend indicated that she fancied Jaime).

So, yeah. While Cersei is a beautifully written character who I love to read, as a human being she's a toxic piece of shit.
