Really? Cause there are some people who aim for all the supports, and from what I've seen f!Robin/Yarne is a recommended pairing--statswise, anyway.

Agreed on Chrom/Sumia though. For two interesting characters, they sure have a dull and cringeworthy support convo set.

Robin/Yarne? I thought the recommended stats one was either Robin/Lucina or Robin/Nah (the latter specifically with Donnel as Nah's father, the former with a variety of mothers for Lucina.)

The askthefireemblemexperts Tumblr typically recommends Robin/Yarne for f!Robin at least. Particularly with Gregor as Yarne's father, I believe.

I don't have a problem with Robin/Yarne. I'm pretty sure people have unlocked it as well.

Crom/Sumia's supports are pretty lame tho. I mean, they revolve around pie.

The kicker is that it's a localization thing that Chrom/Sumia's supports revolve around baking. Their Japanese support? She only made him a single lunch. Least, I'm about 65% certain this is the case. So it's the translation team's fault.

And this is someone who like Sumia and Chrom/Sumia. In fact, I'd sooner go to her defense about something then I would his. Sumia's hated on too much, and by this fandom's standards, it can count for a new record.

Yeah, Sumia does get a bad rep. I don't hate her. She's sweet and harmless. She's just Chrom's main canon love interest so she gets a lot of flack.

I'm guessing that when you're writing for video games you get used to writing things that few people will ever actually see.

Oh, I just realized how that might sound.
Not because people aren't playing them. Because a lot of stuff gets cut and many people run through the surface of the game. Just think of all the archive/codex/extra stuff they write that most people don't even think to look at.

I started unlocking all the children's supports with everyone after I discovered how utterly fantastically crack Inigo's conversations with Owain and Gerome were. :D

I don't think I'd ever take the Avatar to S with any of them, though. I know timejump and all, but...the Avatar had still existed for years upon years in the children's timeline. I personally feel uncomfortable pairing them off with the Avatar.
