I just got promoted and I don't really know a lot (of course I know I can't be expected to know everything right off the bat) but I'm dealing with a lot of legal issues and such so I want to make sure everything I say over the phone is 100% accurate, and it can be annoying asking a ton of questions all the time (I know some people are annoyed even if they appear patient with me)

Also the fucking copier in this section SUCKS ASS AND JAMS EVERY TIME I USE IT
