Say you have AU idea/s that involves characters from over hundreds and hundreds of fandoms, and you are too busy to actually write fanfiction or make fanart out of it for the moment. What would you do? Draw sketches? Write prompts? Or something else?

Oh yes. I have large casts and backstories for three different projects but none of them has ever gotten beyond notes, really. I draw them pretty regularly but I doubt I'll ever do much beyond that. :\

I make notes about any decent idea I have. I'm not visually artistic in really any way, so that's as far as they get if I don't ever end up writing them.

I have something like that. I think about it a lot, make notes when I get and idea I don't want to lose, but mostly realize the idea is just too big for me.

Make endless plans and write pages and pages of notes so one day you can experience the vague guilt of completely abandoning them.

Make plans that sometimes turn into drabbles. I have a handful of drabbles and hundreds of notes for something like this, haha.

If I feel like seeing someone else run with the idea, I'll make a prompt.
