Dark red with black tips is my go to nail polish.

I also like black with colourful glitter on top.

I've never tried either but it sounds lovely. Might try the glitter one. (The black tips I'm not sure I'm talented enough for without ring binder stickers, which I've been wanting for a while now.)

Haha that's what scotch tape/painter's tape is for ;)

Just make sure to get the glue off a bit by sticking it on yourself/the table a couple times before putting it on the nail, or it messes up the other polish. The polish has to be almost dry of course, then you put the tape, paint the tip and remove the tape immediately (I used to wait until the tip dried and it usually ended with the tape pulling half of the black polish with it and me being sad xD)

Oh god, tape is tricky. I have used it a couple times and usually NO MATTER WHAT I mess up somehow. Not always monumentally though, so I guess there's that. I'll keep this in mind the next time I try it, thanks!
