Oh, now I want that one! It's super pretty. (And Essie is nice. I don't have a lot of it, but I like the ones I have.)

I don't have a lot either, but I really like the ones I have too. I also like Wet and Wild as a brand. In my experience, the more expensive the nail polish, the crappier it is. Like, Chanel nail polish is god-awful. LOL

Yea! I was just saying up-thread that price doesn't necessarily mean quality when it comes to nail polish. I have about five Wet and Wild Megalast nail polishes and they're all beautiful colors and are excellent quality, too. Confetti, Sinful Colors and Finger Paints are nice too.

I have a lot of China Glaze and a good many OPI's but the quality on those tend to vary. (Sometimes they're nice, sometimes not.)

I've never tried Chanel because I'm cheap and the prices are insane. I've also never heard their polish called god-awful, but I've never heard anyone rave about it either, so...that's pretty telling imo.

Many years ago in the early nineties, Chanel first popularized that dark red almost black color that every line does now. It was called Vamp and nobody else carried it and it was the It thing. My issue with their nail polish is that it dries really slowly and doesn't cover evenly so it requires multiple coats that you must wait hours between applying while doing nothing or else destroy your manicure instantly. The best nail polish dries very quickly and coats evenly IMHO. I think Sally Hansen makes some good polish in that regard, and I have one bottle of Orly that I think is nice (it's really my daughter's: blue glitter LOL).

That's a fantastic color! I was pretty young back then so I didn't wear nail polish, and I know we've come a long way in regards to formula but...hours? Most people probably don't have that much time, and even if they do...that's not exactly convenient. Sounds like torture tbh.

Agreed. I like Sally but don't have much of it, and Orly is wonderful (though I only have an off-white color and a brown. They're both lovely though.)

Stealing your daughters nail polish is a good idea!
