Yes, sometimes. I've woken up with my sheets wet after a sex dream. Sometimes they are just sex dreams, but sometimes they are wet dreams.

Though Also most people use wet dreams and sex dreams synonymously to mean dreams where they are turned on and/or orgasm.

Nothing abnormal about that. I'm completely straight, but I've had numerous wet dreams about Willow Rosenburg and Kahlan Amnell. I think a lot of people who generally are attracted to one gender over the other have those people/characters that turn them on regardless of gender.
