I also think she just said that motherhood is a good thing, which is perfectly fine.

And I don't think characters who aren't mothers are being shamed or portrayed as shrill harpies because of their not having children. This isn't Twilight where every female character envies/hates Bella for her ability to get children and then puts her on a pedestal for bearing a child, which she never really takes care of after giving birth to it. Harry Potter is more about the relationship between a mother and her child rather than motherhood per se, and that's absolutely fine.
