Alright, here we go.

People skills. Skills. It's right there in the phrase. Do you know what a skill is?

A skill is something you work at. I am sure there are the social Mozarts of the world who came out of the womb, complimented the doctor or midwife on their technique, and then politely asked their mother if perhaps they could quench their thirst with a bit of milk.

Most of us came out screaming and pooping ourselves and drooling.

The nice thing is, as human beings, a large number of us are capable of moving past that.

The reason House is fun? House is a fantasy. He's the fantasy of being able to pull down your pants and moon your stuffy obnoxious English teacher and then high five all your friends and get all As anyway, for grown ups. He's a nice dose of "Wouldn't it be awesome if...." At the same time we know it's a nice fantasy.

Don't be proud of the fact that you're still drooling and pooping yourself and screaming, just because you've gotten bigger. Put on your big boy or girl panties, and learn the damn skill set. Or at least stop using it as an excuse. "I'm a brilliant electrician, why does everyone complain about the puddles of urine I leave all over their floors? They should respect my poor bathroom skills as part of me! Learning to hold it and go in a toilet is hard work, man!"
