I'd ask him about the English class before confronting him, since he'd be less likely to give you a straight answer after the confrontation [or I'd assume he would anyways].

If he cheated on the English course...then yeah. I'd report him, or at least ask him to retake it and offer to help. That'll effect more than just his grade in that one class [since, I'm assuming, you live in an English speaking country], but if it's just the management class then I'd confront him and leave it at that.

I definitely think he cheated on the online sections of his other classes too but I don't have any proof. I have helped him with written portions of this class before, he misunderstood some very basic questions and I don't think he retained much of the course.

He's also using the management class and another class on his resumé. I don't think either class should be listed on there.

If he's doing it in all, or several, of his classes I'd try to gather proof then confront him.
