Agreed, doing an activity you enjoy can really help. When I was having my worst anxiety a year or so ago, I would work on artwork on the computer while listening to my favorite music, or watch anime (Kids on the Slope was really good at calming me down)

Of course, removing yourself from stressful situations in the first place is important too
