A few weeks ago this lady called in to yell at me about conditions in a prison -- I have no idea if she was a prisoner or what she was doing there. I asked her if she was calling about a claim and she just said "I'm a concerned citizen!" and went on this rant about how "if Hitler and the Nazis had wanted to kill everybody they would've put them in this prison", how unsanitary it was with blood and shit everywhere and "I'M A NATIVE AMERICAN" etc. I told her that I couldn't do anything about that unless she had a specific incident or incidents to report and she was like "well this is the number they gave me to call" and I finally told her to call her state representative and/or congressmen before hanging up on her

I mean technically I agree with the sad state of our prison system but having a random woman yelling at me about it is something else
