Seconding the comment above. The situation in Spartacus is obviously rape and, moreover, it's played like rape. We get plenty of closeups of Crixus angsting and plenty of exploration of how he's a slave, has no choice, just wants to be with the woman he's in love with, etc. Lucretia is totally awesome, and I found the rape scenes hot, but it's not like the show is in denial about what's going on there.
