I do think it's possible that a second (third?) opinion would be worth pursuing, because some of these behaviors especially in combination are autistic spectrum symptoms... however, some of them when taken on their own are normal preteen behavior. Especially those last two. Kids want to talk about what they want to talk about, and even at the age of 12 it's hard as hell to articulate feelings. Hell, it's hard for most adults to articulate.
