It changes, depending on how I'm masturbating. Using just fingers tends to produce the sharpest, most intense and to me the most pleasurable sensation. This one leaves me feeling loose-limbed and satisfied. A vibrator that's up really high tends to produce an overal, big full-body response but without that sharp sensation. Vibrators on a low setting mostly just leave me feeling disappointed. They produce mild spasms but very little pleasure otherwise. Not having enough lube, even if I'm not using anything internally, usually produces a less intense orgasm. G-spot stimulation adds something too. It's really nice, but harder to describe?

In other words, OP, you might want to try some different things if you're not satisfied with what you've been getting.
