Oh my gosh that is hilarious. He's really funny. I guess it's a good thing that it's equally bad then, for you guys? I would say I wish our system was more like yours but I'm not going to lie, sometimes receiving good customer service is the highlight of my day. It sounds sad but sometimes it's just really amazing and awesome when you get someone who is competent and nice.

On the low scale, your local shop? Probably not. That's determined by the individual employees and at least the ones in my area tend to hire great people. Management though? The upper people are notorious for pissing off gaming companies and customers alike doing really shady shit. For example, this. This is not the first bad thing they've done and it's not the last.
