Are you me? I mean, no one compliments me on it, but Scrubs introduced me to a good number of awesome songs!

Isn't Scrubs 50% Toto and Journey? j/k
dinogrrl: JD and Turk thumbs up (Thumbs up! :D)

Every time a Journey song comes on the radio I think of JD, and then my mind goes off on weird Scrubs tangents instead of paying attention to the song. Damn you, Scrubs.

Oh god, this is me whenever I hear "Africa". My mind immediatly goes to JD in the tub, lol.

Scrubs has given me certain song associations that I'm still stuck in. Like, I practically start crying every time I hear "How To Save A Life" because of that one episode, even though it's not the type of song that would generally make me cry. And 99 Red Balloons makes me crack up.

SCRUBS has a fantastic soundtrack, especially the poo song.

Okay, seriously, they should have done the whole show as a musical instead of just the one episode. Just about every episode had a great song in it somewhere.

Scrubs has great music, though. Hell, even the songs from the musical episode where freaking fun!

I never thought about how much music I found via Scrubs! One of them was just the song that Janitor was dancing to in his secret room. Discovered Astrud Gilberto because of that beautiful rendition of The Girl from Ipanema.

Scrubs, House, and Life (the one with Damian Lewis) introduced me to more cool music than anything/anyone else.

Did you feel that?

(Anonymous) 2013-04-28 05:03 am (UTC)(link)
Life is how I got into Gram Rabbit and Jim Bianco. There were a lot of others that I liked the song(s) used in the show but not enough of that artist's stuff to really get into their other music.

*sniff* I miss that show.

Whatever you do, don't watch the DVDs. The same goes for iTunes and Netflix streaming. They replaced the music and it ruined the show.
