If "blood and gore" or "eating disorders" is enough to spoil your whole story it's probably a pretty weak plot.

You could also argue that trigger warnings for those things would be redundant, because they're part of the broad strokes of the plot that would be outlined in the summary... Unless it's one of those really vague, terrible summaries that tells you nothing.
