I googled it. It could stand for any of these:

Taos Society of Artists, Tattnall Square Academy, Technology Student Association, Texas Soaring Association, Thai Student Association, The Salvation Army, The Sharon Academy, Theosophical Society Adyar, Theosophical Society in America, Tourette Syndrome Association, Trans States Airlines, Transportation Security Administration, Tulane School of Architecture, Time series analysis, Trypticase soy agar, Trichostatin A, Tumor-specific antigen, and Transformation Story Archive.

I don't know why I looked this up.

The only one of those that would fit is The Salvation Army or Technology Student Association.

I saw it on a flyer on a bulletin board in the reptile building at a zoo in Wichita. It was a real thing somewhere at some point!
