I understand, OP. I really like Fury in the Marvel movies and I'm usually disappointed by how fic writers portray him as the ultimate evil mastermind or doing it for the wrong reasons, etc. He's pretty calm, together, and organized, has faith in his team/coworkers, and tries his best to have things turn out for the best. He may be a little unethical sometimes, but that's the nature of being in a spy/intelligence gathering organization.

I wouldn't mind being him either and putting together a superhero team and helping them in/assigning them their missions. I love to organize and help people succeed in whatever they need to succeed at.
