I consider myself a Whovian and I could care less what gets someone into Doctor Who. Enjoying the love of Doctor Who is a wonderful thing and it shouldn't matter what got you there or what else you're into. The Doctor teaches us to love strange things accept one another, and any Whovian who puts someone down for liking something that isn't what they like wouldn't last a day in the Tardis without the Doctor kicking them out.
