I wondered the same thing, and puzzled over it a bit. I'm guessing OP finds a difference between feeling attracted to someone in an adult manner, being 'turned on', and having a swooning schoolgirl crush on them?

If so, I can sort of understand. But especially when the object of your affections is someone you don't have a real chance with, how 'mature' your feelings are matters a lot less than how mature you act about them. You don't sound like you're going out of your way to make this guy uncomfortable, so crush on!
