I mean, I know the answer is "Tumblr." But...but.....

They think the brothers are innocent. That they were framed. And that everyone from the media to the entire city of Boston is in on it.

It definitely falls into conspiracy theory territory, but there's a group of people who believe that Dzhokhar is innocent - evidence inconsistencies or whatever, or at least sympathize with him being "brainwashed" by his brother. Additionally, I heard Dzhokhar's friends are really pushing the "FreeJahar" movement, believing him incapable of such atrocities. As far as I know, no one is worshiping what they did (err, unless some radical Isalmic groups are) it's just the usual denial of the crime.

I'm sure it helps that Dzhokhar is a good-looking teenager, too, and I bet some of his fangirls will insist he's innocent even if he publicly confesses.

Hey, the Canadian killer Luka Magnotta, who got "famous" for "murdering, desecrating, eating and mailing severed body parts of his former 33 year old Chinese lover" has a fanbase.
Some who think he is innocent, but I think the majority know and admit he did kill the guy (he made a video of it, that's what got the media's attention because he did all that to become famous apparently). But... I don't know, I guess they woobify him.
And yeah, I bet he wouldn't have half as many fans if he wasn't rather good-looking.

The more you know, the less you have faith in mankind.
