Can I haz Doctor Who crossover recs, please?

I can't believe it took me this long to realize how frickin' perfect Doctor Who is for crossovers. So, um, anyone have recs for your favorites? Epic plotty ones, little vignettes, crack...it's all good :)

(btw, I would be extra happy for crossovers with fandoms that aren't current, or not very big/popular)

secooper87 has some really great ones, including a pretty epic Buffy the Vampire Slayer crossover 'verse that melds both canons together in really cool ways and plays with the meeting-out-of-order romance idea way more in-depth than Doctor/River.

Songs in the Dark (http://archiveofourown.org/works/447450/chapters/766120) is a Doctor Who/Narnia crossover that's one of my favorite crossover fics ever, with absolutely awesome Doctor/Jadis parallels and other great ideas.
