Cursor thing
(Anonymous) 2013-05-01 11:30 pm (UTC)(link)That blinking cursor usually only in word processors, comment boxes, ect... places where you can type...is on every page of my internet browser. I can't type anything onto the pages, but the cursor is there where it shouldn't be. It acts just like a cursor other than not producing letters, appearing where I click with the mouse. Also, when I use the directional arrows on my keyboard to try to scroll up or down it takes me automatically to the bottom or top of the page.
I don't know what happened or why. I tried just pressing keys to try to undo it and looking for help online, but don't know what I'm doing or even looking for really.

I don't know what browser you're using, but try going through your browser settings/preferences/options/whatever your browser happens to call them (one of these should be in one of the browser menus). See if you can find something that looks like caret browsing, and if it's on, turn it off.
